Wanted iPad 3 or will accept iPad 2 must be 3G & Wifi !

I am looking for an iPad 3, will accept a 16gb or more. Must be in brilliant condition and preferably with the box and instructions. Will accept an iPad 2 must be all singing and dancing with the 3G and wifi. Please let me know if you are selling.
